Every quote comes back with a sized selection, a price and a drawing. Delivery, code stamps and documentation packages are confirmed on the quote, not after the order.

Ask for application engineering when you call. We size sanitary exchangers every day, so a five-minute conversation about the product, the flow and the temperatures usually settles the construction and gets a firm price started the same day.

What to Have Ready

Any of these you have will shorten the sizing. None of them has to be exact to start.

Product fluid and its concentration or fat content, and which side is product contact

Flow rate in gpm or lb/hr, and whether it is continuous or batch

Inlet and outlet temperatures on the product side, and whether regeneration is wanted

Utility: steam pressure, hot water, chilled water or glycol, and its supply temperature

Hygiene class: food-grade drainable, 3-A, or ASME BPE / pharma, plus CIP or SIP

Connection type and size, surface finish if specified, and whether a double tubesheet is required
