Description
The 672O30C15C-31620T2-3A is a 3-A Sanitary shell and tube, O-ring head design, two-pass heat exchanger built for steam-to-water duty. The unit has a 6" diameter x 72" long shell with an all 316 stainless steel tube side and 2" tri-clamp process connections; on the shell side the steam inlet is 3" and the condensate outlet is 1.5". Heat transfer surface is 34 sq ft. The unit handles a range of temperatures and flow rates; under standard conditions with 50 PSI steam, a water flow of 60 GPM gives a temperature rise of about 73°F per pass. The matching spare tube bundle is 339991-RE.
